Welcome to EAC! Our newly renovated facility is now AVAILABLE TO RENT. We have a performance weight room and 3 fitness rooms that can meet a variety of needs. We’re happy to provide our clients most equipment, cleanings, sanitation stations and a front desk which is always attended by our staff. We have brand new locker rooms for all guests, conference rooms for meeting clients, onsite parking, Free Wi-Fi, AC, Heat and many other amenities.
The types of instruction or classes that will fit well in our spaces are Yoga, Dance Classes, Personal Training, Athletic Training, Martials Arts, and even Team Athletics Training. We are currently the home of Team Tugman Wrestling Club and Infant Aquatics of CT and we can be your home too! If you’re interested in using any of our spaces, please fill out the form below.
We will entertain hourly, daily, monthly, or annual rental agreements. No minimum number of hours. All agreements will be negotiable.
Performance Center – It has 1200+ sqft of brand-new, state of the art exercise equipment, perfect for personal training, sports team training, condition, weight training and cardio. Includes multi-use exercise racks (upper and lower body), free weights, two multi-use cable pull machines, three dead lift stations, kettle bells, dumb bells, exercise bands, medicine/wall balls, and more!
Rental includes equipment and clients’ use of locker rooms.
We have 4 fitness spaces to fit your needs.
Exercise Studio 1 – Measures 40.5 x 20′, has a 20’+ high ceiling and has rubber gym flooring with two mirrored walls.
Exercise Studio 2 – Measures 40.5 x 20′, has a 20’+ high ceiling and has hardwood gym flooring. It was formerly used as a racquetball court or can be used for pickle ball or other activities and exercise classes.
Dance/Yoga/Pilates Studio – Measures 42.5′ x 22′ and has a hardwood gym floor with mirrored walls at one end of the studio.
Wrestling Gym – Measures 70.5′ x 44.5′ with 2700 sqft of new floor and wall mats. The mats can be rolled up to allow use of the gym floor and is perfect for any form of martial arts or cheerleading.
Rental includes equipment and clients’ use of locker rooms.

- EAC abides by State and Local Health Authorities’ rules and regulations as they pertain to COVID-19 and any other public health requirements. Currently, there are no specific requirements or restrictions with respect to COVID-19 or other items. Should that change, EAC will provide notice to its clients.
- EAC has retained a professional commercial cleaning service to maintain its facilities. Our facility and equipment are attended to throughout the day and an overnight cleaning crew services the building in preparation for the next day’s business.
- EAC has two free parking lots available for its clients. You can view the parking options here.
- All renters must have liability insurance with the facility added as an additional insured.
- Users of the space must help in keeping things clean and organized. That means putting away equipment and making sure the floor is able to be navigated.
- Specifics regarding your responsibilities as a renter will be provided in the terms of the rental agreement.

- Normal operating hours are Monday through Friday, 6:30am to 8:00pm; Saturdays, 6:30am to 1:00pm; Sunday, CLOSED.
- Hours outside of these will be considered. Please discuss with us.
- If you as the renter cancel the event for which you have rented space, you are still responsible for paying the full cost as outlined in the rental agreement. Should the facility be closed due to weather or reasons not due to your actions, then you may receive a credit towards a future rental. Details regarding these policies will be contained in the rental agreement.
